Nitrogen (N2) makes up the major portion of the Earth’s atmosphere, accounting for 78% of total volume. It is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and almost totally inert gas. Nitrogen is produced in high volumes at Air Separation plants to meet Industry requirements. A second Purification process may be necessary where extremely high purity levels are required. The Membrane technique is used to recover nitrogen in high purities.
Nitrogen is required in huge quantities by different industries like Aerospace & Aircraft, Automotive & Transportation Equipment, Chemicals, Energy, Food & Beverage, Health Care, Metal Production, Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Oil & Gas, Re¬fining, Welding & Metal Fabrication, Electronic, Glass, R & D Laboratories. Here Nitrogen Quality is one of the key factors for the end-users.
EFRAC has the facility to quantify these impurities present in the feed nitrogen gas. At EFRAC, the dedicated analytical team is equipped with the necessity state-of-the-art facilities and technical expertise to ensure the correct testing for the clients. Our environment division covers various analytical parameters like N2 testing for the clients.
