Surface Water is a significant component of the Hydrologic Cycle. Maintainance of Ground Water Quality like those in Streams, Rivers, Lakes, and Wetlands helps Protect Ecosystems and Biodiversity.
Surface Water Testing Examines Drinking and Bathing Water in terms of Safety and Quality. Surface Water can be categorized as Class A (Drinking Water without Conventional Treatment) and Class B (Bathing Water), Class C (Drinking Water without Conventional Treatment), Class D (Water for Fish Culture and Wildlife), and Class E (Irrigation and Industrial). Surface Water Testing includes several Analyses like Organic Analysis (Hydrocarbons, Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH), and Inorganic Analysis (Heavy Metals). Alongside these, Water Surface Testing involves Nutrient Identification and Evaluation of Microbiological Parameters.
EFRAC is a Unique State of the Art Laboratory which has been offering Advanced Testing Methods for the Surface Water Testing. EFRAC has 11 Regulatory Accreditations and 3 International Recognitions with well-equipped Water Testing Divisions for meeting the requirements of the Clients and Regulatory Authorities. In EFRAC, all the Testing Methods has been conducted under the IS 2296 Regulations for providing Accurate Surface Water Results to the Clients.
