Training Initiatives
Well, the Data above did make us think & become restless! But not for long. “Why not fortify the hands of our fellow professionals in FSSAI by exchanging our experiential knowledge in Food- Chemistry, Biology & Analysis?” is what we thought. |
The series of ongoing illuminative Training Programs focused on various facets of Food Analysis is an attempt in that direction. The fourth in this series titled “Sensitization of Method Verification for Rice Fortificant Testing” was organized at our Barasat Laboratory from 8th to 9th August 2022.
The fact that Indians are the 2nd largest Rice Consuming Population, worldwide, speaks volumes about the importance of this initiative. |
